Hampton Junior School works closely with a number of wraparound care providers all of which run both before and after school clubs. These providers have seen an increase in demand over the last year but there is still availability throughout the week.
This term, the Executive Leadership Team met with each provider to review the current arrangements and how we can continue to work successfully together.
One change that will occur after February half term is to establish meeting points for each provider at the end of the school day. This is to ensure that children have a clear, designated space to register prior to leaving the school site. A member of staff from the provider will be responsible for meeting the children at the correct location each day. We will ensure that there are signs clearly labelling these meeting points and that the children know where to go.
Aston - will meet next to the table tennis area, in the front playground near the Ashley Road entrance. |
Munchies - will meet in the library (as they currently do) | Linden Hall - will meet next to the Honeypot in the background near the vehicle gate. |
