Transition to EYFS & KS1
Prior to receiving confirmation of your place at Hampton Infant School you will need to complete an application form via your local borough. You can find further details via our Admissions page.
Once you have a confirmed place, the following information will need to be read and the relevant online forms completed. We hope that the information here will ensure that you and your child feel ready and excited to join this fantastic school. We plan to send further communications and a provisional transition timetable for your child if moving to Nursery/Reception which we will share with you during this term. We also require an emailed photo of your child's birth certificate or passport and proof of address dated within the last 3 months (this can be in your child's name or your name as the applicant if your child lives at the same address)
