HPP uses Arbor, an online payment system, to collect all money for school events including the following:
You will receive a welcome link from Arbor when your child starts with us which expires after 96 hours. If your link expires before you set up your account, please contact the school office. Please ensure you have logged in and activated your account.
You will always receive communication via Arbor regarding payment for these items at which time the relevant item will appear on your child’s Arbor account. We rely on parental contributions in order to be able to run the wide variety of visits and workshops that the pupils at HPP enjoy. Whilst payment of these are voluntary, if we do not receive sufficient contributions in order to run the visit/workshop then we will cancel it and a full refund will be made. If you feel that you are unable to make this contribution and require support with this visit, please contact the school office to arrange a meeting to speak to either Mrs Cook (HISN) or Mr James (HJS).
